  1. 1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. 2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm

    • Mattel Play Town operates from Saturday to Wednesday 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm & Thursday to Friday 12:00 pm – Midnight.
    • Age range (10-34 years), however people of all ages are welcome (height and/or age restrictions applicable). Based on medical conditions, guests will be restricted from participating in some rides and experiences.
    • Mattel Play Town is located in CITY WALK, an outdoor retail and dining destination conveniently located at the junction of Al Wasl Road and Safa Road, Dubai. 15-min walk from Burj Khalifa Metro Station.
    • This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction's gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.

  • All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

    • Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
    • Children between age 2 to 16 will be considered as child and charged child rate.

    Amazing

    If you're visiting Dubai with your kids, then don't miss the Mattel Playtown. The kind of attractions it has will surely amaze your kids. My kids got engrossed in playing and grasping skills. The whole area is clean and safe for children. For kids below 8 years, there is a playground. Then there are live character shows of all the five characters. All the activities are nice and fun for children. I strongly recommend this place for families with children.

    4) All the five themed play areas in Mattel Playtown are great for children to have fun for an entire day. Besides getting to play and learn, the Playtown also offers face painting to help get children into a party mood. Then there are toy stores, snacking options, and 4D movie to take complete care of enjoyment for children.

    My four-year daughter and six-year son loved the Mattel Playtown immensely. Seeing them pick up some real-life skill while having fun was so pleasing. They loved the adventure with the narrow gauge engine. The Pontypandy’s Fire Station theme decor creates a good experience of a ship and fire-fighting devices. Everything was well organized and safe for children to play.

    Perfect place for kids...

    The Mattel Playtown is a lovely place for children to play and learn. The staff is really good, and gets involved in every activity that children take part in. My kids enjoyed their time with Bob the Builder zone. They really got to learn the building construction skill while playing and having fun. There is also a soft play area which is safe for children to jump and play without any inhibitions.

    This edutainment site for children is based on the five TV-serial characters – Barney the Dinosaur, Thomas and Friends, Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam, and Angelina Ballerina. There are five play zones where children can take part in activities of their interests and pick up a couple of real-life skills. From playing with building blocks, dressing and learning to dance like a ballerina, wearing jacket and fighting fires to scooping building blocks and sand with an excavator, this place is literally a children's paradise. I can say once your children visit it, they will never this place.
